And those who, when they spend, (are) not extravagant and not are stingy but are between that - moderate.

who, when they expend, are neither prodigal nor parsimonious, but between that is a just stand
Those who, when they spend, are not extravagant and not niggardly, but hold a just (balance) between those (extremes)
وَٱلَّذِینَ إِذَاۤ أَنفَقُوا۟ لَمۡ یُسۡرِفُوا۟ وَلَمۡ یَقۡتُرُوا۟ وَكَانَ بَیۡنَ ذَ ٰلِكَ قَوَامࣰا ٦٧
wa-alladhīna idhā anfaqū lam yus'rifū walam yaqturū wakāna bayna dhālika qawāma
